free trial adobe photoshop cs3 extended

Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended help?
Okay so i downloaded a free trial of photoshop cs3 extended. I did the setup, but now I dont know where i go to actually open the program. help please
If there isn’t a short cut on the desktop it should be in the start menu, maby under adobe in programs. If not there Check my computer, C drive, programs, and look for an adobe folder. If its not there you might not have installed it corectly.
